Question ASUS - Vivobook flip 14 TP420IA backlit keyboard

Hello. I bought a new Asus Vivobook flip 14, model TP420IA, however I can't seem to turn on the backlit keyboard, F7 responds as usual but it won't light on. It took me a while to find the user manual but it didn't solve anything for me.

I'll appreciate advice/suggestions to proceed.

No, but it does recognize the function when you press it.

if it doesn't have that icon, it probably mean that model don't have backlit
