ASUS Windows 10 Laptop fairly new

Google mode, pc is frozen and a fan sound perhaps loud and fast. Can not turn computer off. Cont.Alt.Delete/ nothing happens.
What is this?

You can force shut off the computer by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. Once this is done, wait 30 seconds then boot up the PC. Run a virus program and see if there is a virus
