Asus x453 lags

I just bought an asus laptop and its hard to use it when im surfing the net. It either lags or I cant click the link. Also, I cannot install microsoft office because what is ibstalled are kingsoft. Help me please. Im losing my patience in it.

First try to reset your browser into it's factory settings. Here are the links for the steps on how to reset your browser:

For the Microsoft Office to be installed you can actually just go directly in installing it without worrying about that kingsoft software. You can also just uninstall the Kingsoft anytime you like. To uninstall a software from your laptop here are the steps:

- Press Windows key + R then type "appwiz.cpl" in the Run box that will appear on the screen.
- Once in Programs and Features look for the Kingsoft software click it then select Uninstall on the top the screen and that should remove it from your laptop.
