Asus X502CA boot problems

I changed the value of "Intel Trusted Tehnology" in bios and after F10 doen't want to start, I have black screen. What can be the problem? can someone tell me how to fix this problem? someone told me that the BIOS is corrupted, if is true, what will be the solutions?

the laptop was on, I turned off and now doesn't want to boot, after i hit the power button all I get is a black screen...
