Asus X550C Laptop doesnt turn on

I have Asus X550C. It doesnt turn on. I removed the battery, pressed the power key for 30 seconds, plugged in the cord and pressed the power key but it didnt work.
I guess the cord and charge are working as the indicator light shows they are connected.
What should I do.

Try replacing the battery. Some devices won't work without a working battery.
