so i just bought this laptop recently. it seems to have some problems but i have no idea what or how or whatever. kinda new in this laptop thingy so if you can enlighten me then i would be very grateful. please help. i really want to make the most out of this device. thank you in advance.

That is not a gaming grade laptop, which is why you have low fps in games. The A8 CPU is not bad, but not great for games. Lower settings in the games to improve things. If you are already on Low, then you need to sell the laptop and get a faster one. Look for one with an nVidia 840m/940m class video card for lower end gaming and a 860/960 for mid quality in newer games, although some games you'll need to run on low for smooth play even with an 860/960.
