ASUS X751L touchpad doesn't works

Hi All...
i've got the Asus laptop model: X751L...
with win 8.1.
the touchpad in the laptop stop from working.
i got into the device manager and didn't see there "Asus Touchpad" as i supposed to see .
I tried to update to win 10....same problem...
tried also to update the touchpad drivers from here:
http/ivanrf.com/en/asus-smart-gesture-and-windows-10/
still got the prob.
what can I do?

Try updating your bios with the ASUS live update utility. You can also use EZ flash and download the bios from the support page. There you can also find the ATK drivers and have those reinstalled after the bios update. Sometimes the touchpad ribbion cable just needs a reseat internally. Good luck!
