hey guys, i'm about to purchase HTC ONE M8 , but i thought if i can do it through AT&T , if i buy through carrier subsidized phone , i mean 199$ price instead of full retail price of 700$, will i be able to unlock it to other countries\carriers as well? on all of those sites they say i do, but i wanted to make sure?
last year i did it with M7, though i bought it with full retail price, will i be able to do the same with the subsidized too?
