ATH-ADG1 vs G4ME ONE

Can someone tell me which of these headsets are better; Audio Tecna ATH.ADG1 and G4ME ONE
Please dont start recommending headphones + mod mics or some other headsets, just discuss which of these ones are better, and why.

Both are great audio wise although a bit overpriced.

I would choose the G4me One over the ADG1 as the Sennheiser is a lot more comfortable to me, I have always dislike the winged design of the headband.
