Is there any way to take an audio output (A radio) and plug it into my PC (via 3.5mm headphone jack that is male to male) to play alongside my other sounds (Video Game)?
A physical mixer won't work because my headphones are wireless. Thanks.

Solution

Try installing latest drivers and make sure to Increase volume from the PC not the source
Somewhere around 70% is sweet spot when you increase volume from the source.

Would I plug it into the Line-In port, the Line-Out or the Microphone-In port? They're all 3.5mm AUX ports.

The green One is where we connect the Speakers, headphones
The Red one is where we connect the Mic
and The Blue one is where we connect Aux(To send sound signal from external source to PC)
SO you need to connect that Male to male 3.5 wire's one end into the BLUE 3.5mm port on your PC and other end to the Source.
