Audio missing in some games & voice chat not working in some games

Problem: audio not working partially.
When: voice chat in-game (not in discord etc), during some games (detailed audio)

I built this PC myself (which is why I'm worried).
Specs:
Aorus z370 (motherboard)
Geforce GTX 1060
16GB Ram Corsair Vengeance
Intel i7 8700K

Audio:
Logitech G933 (drivers are updated) (disabling surround sound doesn't help)
Realtek drivers are updated

1| Make sure you're on the latest motherboard BIOS.
2| Your headset is based/powered off the USB so Realtek drivers have no relation to the issue.
3| Uninstall and reinstall Logitech's app for the headset.
4| Make sure you're on the latest chipset and USB drivers for your platform.

Unfortunately this was not the correct answer.
Everything was up to date and reinstalling the app didn't work either.
