AUDIO PROBLEM help please

Hey peeps I have this problem. I have my laptop and little microphones all around the monitor, like little rubber dots. When I tap a microphone or say something, microphone detects it and computer repeats it. It is rly annoying. I know I could turn off the audio, but that way I cant watch YouTube videos and alot of other stuff. And I have to do this school project for a computer science class, and I cant do it with this crap beacuse I cant record. If this can help you solve my problem, I have another headphones with a mic, so if there is a way to disable this and I can use headphones pls help. Cya

Turn off the internal mic. Also, if you plug in an external mic, the internal mic should automatically disable. You can turn off the internal mic in sound properties.
