Audio Switch/Select

I am putting together a new setup with a TV and a projector. From what I have figured out, I will need two receivers to allow me to be able to switch between the sound from the display I want.

For example: TV1 = Baseball Game(Cable), Projector = Roku.

(I have two other inputs that will be thrown in the mix: Xbox and Computer - all of the HDMI will be split or switched between the two receivers.

I want the displays to stay on the same TV but switch which receiver sends the audio signal to the speakers. Is there a device that can handle the audio switching?
