Automation decompressing archives

Hello,

I have a big .rar file that is compressed (in one partition), within which is fifty .rar files.
I would like to know if there is an automation method to extract these archives at once (and not 50).
I read stuff about lines winrar commands and batch but I have not managed to solve my problem.

Acutally it was easy, just select all the archives extracted from the big one and right clic "extract"...
