Auzentec Home Theater HD with Sony Home Theater

i just bought Auzentec Home Theater HD. i have sony DAV-DZ840K Home theater.Whats the best way to connect these to get the best out of them? Is Sony Home theater(DAV-DZ840K) better than Logitech's Z5500 or Z906. If not i will opt switching to these speakers.

the sony theater has better speakers then the z-5500 yes.

connect it through analogue, is the receiver has an analogue bypass. if not go digital. but try to keep it analogue, cos i know the DAC is way better then that on the sony receiver.

@MEgamer : First of all thanks for replying and clearing my doubt. I am unsure about analogue thing, it has RCA IN though. Are they same? If i connect it through RCA will i be getting audio from all channels?
