Aver one 10 how I remove the password

My flatmate left her acer one 10 in the flat and now wants me to return it to the shop but has a password on it.
I just need to remove it as she wants t get a refund so I cleaned everything but still couldn’t figure how to delete the bloody password!!!
Help please
