Solved! AVR pre-out configurations

I have the following components:
- Yamaha RX-V685 DVR
- NAD 7240 Stereo Receiver
- DBX BX-3mkII Amplifier
- Thiel CS2 speakers
I plan to have the CS2 speakers configured so that I can listen to music video/streaming music from DVR zone 2 pre-out. Does it make any sense to run the zone 2 pre-out from DVR to the video in on the NAD then pre-out to the DBX amplifier. i.e. would the NAD offer any enhancements as the "final pre-amp" as apposed to running the amp straight from the DVR?

I doubt that there would be an advantage, but I realize there are experts out there and I'm not one of them.

The only answer to that question is maybe? The CS2 may benefit from the bit a extra warmth that the NAD will impart. No reason not to try it.
