Azalia with Creative X-Fi?

I have a front I/O with a 3.5mm jack, how do i plug in the Azalia into my creative x-fi card? there are no marked points and each cable (PORT1 L/SENSE1_RETURN etc) has no marking on the board

What X-Fi sound card you have? Some do have pins for front panel and some don't.

All new ones like X-Fi gamer or titanium have these pins for front panel.
