Battery Wear Level

My wear level is 94% according to BatteryCare & HWMonitor - does this mean it will die soon?
I have an Asus X502ca and have had it for about 3-4 years.
Edit:
On second look at the BatteryCare/HWMonitor statistics, I noticed something:
It says my current capacity is 21319 but the TOTAL capacity is 2397 - they don't add up, lol.
Also, both HWMonitor/BatteryBar/BatteryCare display my battery level as 100% permanently...

Hi,

Sometime the battery test software don't give accurate measurements. If it's showing 94% I would say it's still good and I would suggest checking this documents on how to take care of your laptop battery and doing a calibration should also help.
