Battlefield 4 lag issues

I have a Toshiba Black 17.3" Qosmio X75-A7295 Laptop PC with Intel Core i7-4700MQ Processor, 16GB Memory, 1TB Hard Drive and Windows 8 running a Nvidia GTX 770M video card.

My question is would somebody please help me configure my system to run Battlefield 4 more smoothly and with less lag?? I would really appreciate any help at all. Thank you and have a nice day!

Try lowering your settings, remove anti aliasing fully and tank down a few settings like shadows and mesh until you get playable frames

First download and install this beta drive:

Then download and update the game with this update patch..should help @ most issue's..:

It's just Battlefield 4 having issues, I get the same lag, the released an unfinished game to compete with Ghosts, but updating drivers could fix it a little.
