$300 for a laptop with a Core i3-5005u and the integrated Intel HD 5500 graphics core is a good deal.
However, you will not be able to play Fallout 4 with it. Getting Fallout 4 to run using Intel's iGPU is problematic at best. I attempted to play it on my laptop using the Intel HD 4400 instead of the dedicated Radeon HD 8850m (a bit more powerful than the nVidia 940m). I tried several solutions to get the game to run on with the HD 4400 and nothing worked.
People who managed to get the game running on the Intel HD 520 (which is a bit more powerful than the Intel HD 5500) with a 6th generation core i5 / i7 CPU only managed to get around 15 FPS -20 FPS FPS with minimum graphic settings and below 1366x768 resolution.
It's possible to play Fallout 3, but you will need the following file to get the game to run with any Intel HD graphics core.
