best cmyk editor

hey, i am looking for the best cmyk image editor that can also handle vectors and bitmaps. i have been using photoshop cs6 but it cant handle vectors and also i have been using paintshop pro x6 but it cant handle cmyk. give any recommendations , money is not a major factor.

use adobe illustrator
its based in true vector file
you can switch into rgb into cmyk and viceversa

vector in PS is not a true vector file they are pixelated
its called vexel
