I assume you mean that you have a low FPS, considering your graphics. Turn antializing and anistropic filtering down to the lowest or 2nd lowest setting, and turning everything else to low. Maybe turn your resolution down if you are running a 1080P screen, that way you could get some higher settings. Happy murdering!
