Best Desktop PC speakers in £50-100 range.

Hello, I was wondering what the best Desktop PC speakers were in a budget of £50-100.

I was looking at the Harman/Kardon Soundsticks III 2.1, which look pretty solid, but things such as not having an earphone slot was a little discouraging, as-well as the fact I may not have room for the sub-woofer.

I don't need them to be Bluetooth or wireless, cable straight into my PC is fine, it would also be a bonus if they did have an earphone slot on them.

Any suggestions?

The reviews for it are pretty good, how does it compare to the Soundsticks III?

EDIT: I actually forgot to mention that I would be using these speakers for music mostly, with gaming being played with a headset.

I have them myself. The sound quality is very nice. (And they have an earphone slot)
