Best Dual-Monitor Mouse Software

Hi I've been using dual mouse setup and I wondering what software is the best to unlock mouse from game or lock it in a separate monitor?

i use input director and even though its old software it still works perfectly on windows 10 and works on as many pcs as you want to control on your home network
