The most effective option is to backup your personal data and reinstall the OS.

Barring that, I would recommend Hiren's Boot Disk, once you have it burned to CD or USB, you can boot to a WinPE environment and run a lot of the freeware it comes with, Malwarebytes, Revo Uninstaller, etc. It's completely free.

I would recommend you to download clean master and also some light weight antivirus like Avira, Immunet or 360 Total Security in your System. These will boost your system speed and helps it run smoothly.
