Best free video editor?

I want to know which is the best free video editing software for windows?
(Except lightworks, Avidemux and shortcut)
Is blender is good? I like a moderate editor which lies between professional and basic and good interface.

Please anyone suggest a good free video editor.

I've heard good things about Cinelerra and Lightworks. But I think these are for Linux only at this time. Not sure about Windows versions.

Actually I have already googled and got confused. So, if anyone suggest me a good free video editor it will be highly appreciated.

VideoPad Video Editor, Blender & VSDC Free Video Editor.

My suggestion is you download and try all of them and choose which suits you most. Good luck.
