Best gaming headset for my needs

So I am looking for a headset that meets a few requirements but I cant seem to find to many. I am looking at the triton 720+, the earforce dp11, and the creative blaster tactid3d omega. The headset I want has to be -Compatable with both PS3 AND PC
-5.1 or 7.1 surround sound
-Exceptionally good mic
-Under $150

Consider splurging on the Astro A40s. They're one cent under your budget, have the best mic I've ever used, dolby 5.1 *(physical surround at that price point just isn't happening with decent quality) and the option to later add a very good mixamp to your PC. Yes, they're compatible with both the PS3 and the PC.
