Best Gaming Headset?

What is the best gaming headset I can get? anything below $200

This is my sound card:

Requirements: surrounds the ear, not rests on top of them

Is that sound card better or worse than the Razer Megalodon control module USB one?

Is there a headset that will utilize all 5 ports on my card?

Does it matter if a headset only uses the green stereo port as my card has CMSS-3d?

Suggestions? Advice appreciated!

dolby headphone is more accurate i say.

the cmss 3d demo i watched ont he cretive website and youtube, dont seem very natural, as they add some kind of ambience to it, which you woudnt really get even with a real surround setup.

i dont think any creative cards have dolby headphone do they?

I just purchased an Asus xonar d1 sound card, and it has dolby headphones. Its pretty awesome, and its easy to pinpoint enemies. Also it is super clear, and you can tweak it to sound amazing for gaming, music, and movies.

gah i already have a sound card i dont wana cash out for a new one
