Best Gaming Laptop I Can Get For $1000

So basically I need a new gaming laptop since my old laptop I used for gaming and school decided to stop working. I need a gaming laptop (will also use for school frequently) for $1000, THE BEST that I can get, I can go up to $1100 but that's pretty much it. I have done some research but I need peoples input so I asked here, but I have looked at the

The XoticPC's Phantom X1 is undoubtedly the best as it has the best processor (i7) and GPU 860m combo.
