Hi, I really need a new gaming laptop that can play many games, including SimCity 5 and KSP (Smoothly). I know most of ye will now start shouting, but they need to be under atleast €400, give or take €10-€20. Don't tell me I can't get one for that price, I just need to know if there are any good ones out there. I looked at a few possibilities on ASUS, but i'm not sure.

(In the link, on the side, tick 1TB&Up and SSD.)
Please let me know as soon as possible.
Thanks all!

Your link contains the entire Asus Gaming line. Would need at least your desired playing resolution to advise further. The G56JR was at the bottom of the list and that comes in at $1,300.

Many will contain discrete GFX cards but I doubt any will contain one along with an SSD a=witha screen @ 1920 x 1080 for less than €400, that's asking a bit too much. Over here on this side of the pond, the gaming laptop "entry" point is about $850 as that's where discrete cards start making it into the parts list.

€400 is about $500 here in US and in Europe with VAT / whatever that can drives the price up substantially. You asked us not to tell you that you can't get one for that price so all I will say is that I have never seen a current generation laptop with a discrete GFX card in that price range. SimCity 5's minimum system requirements state that Intel Integrated GFX meet the minimum system requirements but I have seen desktops stumble om SC5 with far more powerful GFX. If you are willing to play at lower resolutions the integrrated GFX might not be too burdened.

Here's amazon.uk's prices

And a £439 (€554) solution that I think would struggle in most games

JackNaylorPE, Is that Amazon one good or bad so to say. Could it support any type of game really?
And please remind me how to get my own system stats so I can post them here, I completely forget. Thanks.
