Best Gaming/Music Speakers for under 100$?

Right, so the title is pretty self-explanatory. I don't have a very large budget, so nothing over 100$. I'm a hardcore gamer and I listen to alot of music on my computer as well, so can anyone suggest some cheap, nice speakers?
P.S ; I'm kind of a sucker for bass...

logitech offers some good value for the money. most sets seem to have adequate bass.
