Best HD Camera for Youtube VLOGS ~300

Hey there, I make gaming youtube videos but want to change it up with more vlogs (good gameplay is sometimes hard to come by, more or less record) and I wanted some recommendations on a good HD (1920x1080) camera that will give my videos at least a semi-professional look. I really can't pay over $300. This is kinda my big item that I use all of my Christmas money to buy, but I'm not a rich kid so I don't really get a whole lot. Anyway, I'd like help picking one out

Just get a webcam. There isn't a camera out there that won't give you a "Semi-professional" look if you know what your doing with it.

It sounds to me that you will be using this primarily at your desk? If so just get this

I've been doing youtube videos for over 2 years so I have almost all the simple gear. I have a Blue Snowball mic and a Logitech c920 webcam. I want a camera that I can walk around the house with, film the occasional review or skit with and take out doors.
