Best mirorless w/ 4k video and lens under 1000?

I am looking for a mirorless camera with 4k video and a lens for under 1000. Preferably with fast autofocus and hopefully in body optical image stabilization. One major thing is that it has to have a mic input. I will be using the camera for film-making and vlogging. Any help is appreciated.

I didn't look at the reviews first. It appears, according the limited reviews, that there is a major issue with panning. The jittery/jumpy footage would be an issue for sure.

If your primary usage is video, why are you not looking at a camcorder?
