Best notebook for editing hd raw videos under $500

If you all could point me the best and cheapest notebook or even desktop that could give a decent performance while editing 1080 videos. I currently own a t3i with magic lantern, therefore shooting in raw, but im looking for a blackmagic cinema pocket camera, that need a little bit more of editing

You won't find any good laptops under 500$ for video editing. If you do light video editing, then it may go.

There are some, but there won't be a dedicated GPU, and you can't really find any i5 laptop under that price:

Although, for better performance, there is an 15.6in 550$ dell laptop with Intel i5, 8GB of RAM, 1TB 5400RPM HDD, which is quite a great deal:
