Best ota antenna

I live 35 to 40 miles away from nearest tv towers in central Wisconsin. What's the best antenna to use? I've tried Mohu leaf 50 (indoor) and it doesn't work so well. I know I needs an outdoor antenna. I thought II'd try this seeing as its the middle of winter.
