Best quality laptop

Hello,in august 2010 I purchased my first ever computer which was the 13"white macbook thinking that I would pay the higher price and receive a quality reliable product.Boy was I wrong,in less than 9 mo's I have had to 1 replace the casing(cracks),2 then the track pad went.I am now stuck with a lemon,what next?
