Hello!!!

I bought a dell xps l1502x because it seemed good for me. It has problems with the fan because the fan does not stop and it makes sounds like a car engine. I read a lot about it and I do not want to buy a new fan or change the heat sink. This is what dell technical support told me to do. I am going to thank you if you recommend me a good laptop that is quiet like a mac apple. Also, this laptop has to be good for developers, and multitasking.

-good for programming with different languages
-good for sql and manage a big amount of data
-good for multitasking
-AND IT HAS TO BE QUIET, no more fan noises please

I live in USA. I do not know about my budget, but the good thing is that I will use my credit and pay monthly.

Do you think this laptops is good for my purposes?

asus g750 jm ($1300 with i7 4700 and 860m), g750 js ($1750 4700 and 880m) By far the quietest most powerful laptop youll ever get hands down. Asus uses a soldered cpu/gpu on opposite sides of the laptop with an individual fan for each.

As for msi, its really good and you get great components for you price, but its going to run hot and loud. Msi like other major gaming laptops uses a single fan to cool both cpu/gpu on the left back corner of the laptop. WHile at idle the computer will run quiet, but full load it will run very loud and several users and reviews done on the msi all state runs warm, fans loud, and have issues with thermal throttling.

As for mac/apple, I first started with the MacBook pro retina ( I do video editing and 3d rendering both at home on pc and away on laptop). While the mac was nice, but very expensive and not customizable/upgradable and needed windows, it ran horribly hot and fan is small and sounded like a turbine.

Hello!!! Thanks for your answer.

My budget is not 700 dollars. It happens that the store that it is close to me has this laptop in stock.
Why this laptops is not the best option for me. Another thing, Do you think Dell has a laptop that meets my requirements. The thing is that I have credit line with Dell. Do you think Dell has a quiet and powerful laptop for programmers and developers? If so, Would you mind telling your thoughts?

Again, Thanks for your help and value time.

I appreciate it .
