Best Sennheiser Headphones under $200?

-closed acoustic desgin
-around-the-ear/circumaural earcups
-under $200, preferably not very close to $200

I am mainly going to be using these headphones for PC gaming, but I will also use them regularly for general media (i.e. videos, music). And if you know of good headphones that aren't Sennheiser, feel free to mention those too (but I really am intent on getting Sennheisers)

However, I am no longer looking at the Sennheiser gaming headsets (PC series), because I've heard that gaming headsets in general are pretty overpriced relative to the sound quality (not saying it's bad, but just not worth the price). Instead, I am thinking of buying a ModMic (3.0 just came out, didn't it?) to use with my headphones.

Oh, and also, I don't have any special sound card, amps, or whatever; I just want a reliable, quality pair of headphones that I don't have to fiddle around with

sennheiser makes some really good gaming models. i think both the pc 350 and 360 have dropped in price recently, and they're both probably below 200 now.

if you haven't looked at audio-technica as well you should. the ATH-M50 is one of the best $150 models out there. low impedance too so they're work w/o needing a dedicated soundcard/amp.
