Best Smartphone in 200-300$ Budget

Hello..
I wanna to buy a new or used smartphone in 200-300 $ range ,
I request that : Good camera - fast browsing - good battery and any size screen but not very small ,I'm thinking about Lumia 1320.
I'll buy from internet.
so what is the best for me

if there is a more than 1GB ram on any device will be OK ,and I want SD card for that Moto G not very good choice for me

if you can increase your budget 50 $ then nexus 5 is the best phone. just check out its specifications you will be glad and it camera is good

Maybe the s4 or htc m7 as they have a good screens and good camera. The lumia 1320 is a good phone if you want windows and don't mind if the apps are not up to date

If you want a better display, camera, and processor, you could get the Nexus 5 for $350. The Nexus 5 doesn't have an SD card slot but apart from that it is an amazing phone...
