Best tablet for old program/game emulations

Hello im planning to buy a tablet mainly for gaming.it has to be android because i will run emulated old games from PC and PS 1. And im wondering what would be a good option to go for. Im being busy and im in belgium at the moment so
please any suggestions you provide need to be avaiable in the country i live in. Personally i did think of the samsung galaxy s2. Guys what is your opinion ?
