Best to convert mp3 to wav

Hello,
lets say I purchase a new song from a store on line and its 256 kb mp3 and i want to convert to wave for DJ purposes how do i keep maximum quality ? I use NERO and still i would like better.

No point converting it to WAV. Just makes size bigger for no improvement on quality. If possible, use the 256k mp3.
