Best TV for around $250-$350

I am looking for a TV, because I am going to get a PS4 when it comes out and I want to set it up in my room. Here are the specs I want:

- 1080p
- At least "27, most "32
- LED
- Relatively thin
- Price = roughly $250 - $350 ( With tax to those prices. )

I am having some trouble finding TV's to match those specs, so could you guys help me a bit. I'm also in Canada, so I want Canadian currency/websites. Thanks

one more thing !! for 3D Gaming , you need an good end Graphic card such as GTX 660 , HD 7850 , HD 7870 since 3D will need more performance so you are going to notice the FPS Drop while using any game @ 3D mode .

anyway , that 3D IPS screen is awesome for : Price , Gaming , Watching movie .
