Solution
Connect the BD player and Skybox to the soundbar with HDMI.
Connect the HDMI out of the soundbar to the TV HDMI-ARC input. Check the TV manual on how to turn on and configure ARC.
Select ARC as your input on the soundbar when you use the Android TV built into the TV.
You will want ethernet connections for at least the TV (for Android TV) and BD player (for updates and playing files on your network). Not sure if you need it for the Skybox. Check the manual. You can run an ethernet switch to connect them and then use one cable to your router or use ethernet-Wifi adapters to go wireless.
