Best way to securely store passwords and account info

I'm looking for a way to securely store all my passwords and account info so that I don't have to keep all this crap in my head or on a sheet of paper.

Anyone have any ideas?

Don't say a password protected excel file

Use a disk with all the passwords on and keep it in a hidden place. You can also use it as a password reset disk then if you forget your Windows password.

Keepass is good, but for websites I go with LASTPASS

I'd just put the info in a folder on my desktop and encrypt all of it...to the best of my abilitie's lol. But idk bout using the internet at all for storing information....kinda seems like they can tell you it's secure but...you never know. btw im not a troll, people keep asking
