Better Processor for gaming?

I have a choice between these two processors. Which one is better for gaming? The price is not a concern here whatsoever.

5th Generation Intel® CoreTM i7-5600U processor with Intel® vProTM support (4 MB cache, up to 3.2 GHz) with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology

or

5th Generation Intel® CoreTM i5-5300U processor with Intel® vProTM support (3 MB cache, up to 2.9 GHz) with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology

Are either of these any good anyway?

if price is no concern, then go with the better spec. the i7.
for true gaming, you probably want a quad core.

The i7 is the faster CPU, but for gaming its going to come down to the systems GPU. With the igpu they will game equally poor.
