Better than Razer?

I'm just wondering why the Razor is so expensive for performance the Razor Blade only apparently gets a 6.9 in windows index . Yeah Yeah I know its not for real benchmarking but. What laptop would beat this for price and performance?

The WEI is a completely useless benchmark. Don't go by that as a rating to decide what laptop you are going to purchase. The Razer is a good laptop but it's incredibly overpriced for what you get. If I had that kind of money to spend on a laptop I'd get a Sager NP or a Falcon Northwest TLX.
