Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro 250 Ohm or Beyerdynamic DT 990 Premium 32 Ohm

I have an Gigabyte z270n-wifi and I'm looking into either the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro 250 Ohm or the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Premium 32 Ohm. I could buy an amp if necessary however I would prefer not to. If I did get an amp I would probably get a schiit magni 3. I would also want to but not need to use the headphones straight from my phone on occasion. My questions are:

-Which of the two headphones should I get?

-Would the work out of my phone?

-Would I need an amp with them?

-And if so would the Magni 3 work?

As far as I know:
Up to 64 Ohms it would work fine on PC, but with above that it would require an amplifier.
And with 32 Ohms it would work with phone as my are 32 Ohms (I have opened them).
I might be wrong what about i said here soo dont take me for word.
