Beyerdynamic dt770 pro 80ohms for console/tv use

Hello i recently got me a pair of Beyerdynamic dt770 pro 80ohm and i heard you need an amp to bring out their full potential. Now i intend to use them mostly for gaming purposes 360/xbox one and general use on my laptop and i would like to know what is the simplest/best way i can go about using an amp with them to work with the 360/xbox one. can i get a dac for my tv and then plug the amp into the dac and the headphones into the amp? sorry im clueless to all this, initially i though id be able to plug my amp into the tv but i cant. i would be so grateful if anyone could help me out regarding this. thanks

Sound like you need a USB DAC headphone amp or separate DAC & HP amp.
Connect the TV optical audio out to the DAC.
Connect the PC via USB to the DAC.
