Power up have black screen no cursor can here the fans etc.tried an external monitor ,still black screen

Have you tried checking, and possibly replacing, the graphics card? If that isn't the case, it may be the motherboard.

However, please note, if the device is still under warranty it is best to contact the manufacturer as to not void the warranty.

Haven't checked the graphics card didn't want to dismantle laptop and not be able to put it back together. Thanks for your help
